After the donuts have risen, they are conveyed into our continuous fryer.
Mel-O-Cream Donuts flipped by conveyer within the fryer Mel-O-Cream Donuts exit fryer to begin cooling.
Conveyors move the donuts through the fryer at a controlled rate. Half way through the process they are flipped over to fry the other side. At the end of the frying process, the donuts exit the fryer and begin their cooling process.
