The
life of a donut begins with raw materials (flour, water, yeast,
etc) delivered via semi-trucks to our warehouse.
Raw
materials are transferred to our production department where
our secret formulas are combined and mixed in 600lb. Batches.

After
mixing has been completed, the dough is transferred onto the
sheeting line, which acts as oversized continuous rolling
pins to stretch and kneed the dough. It is formed into a sheet
of dough that is uniform in width and thickness for the cutting
process.
